Distinguished Alumni Service

Each year Indiana University recognizes outstanding alumni with the Distinguished Alumni Service Award (DASA), the highest accolade reserved solely for alumni.

The awardees are leaders in their chosen fields. They also make significant contributions benefiting their community, state, nation, or university.

DASA Club Members

Recipients of the DASA have shown why IU holds them in such high regard. Since 1953, DASA recipients have awarded scholarships and grants to IU Bloomington students totaling more than $2 million in student support. Those awards have gone to hundreds of outstanding students, selected through the Office of Student Financial Assistance. The DASA club takes pride in awarding students who have not previously been recognized financially by the university.
